No. SBI does not allow changes after final submission. The 2026 notification says requests for change or correction in any particular, including category, will not be entertained under any circumstances once the application is submitted, and no correspondence, phone call or email will be entertained on this.
What you can do before submitting
While filling the form, you can save your data and come back later. When you save, the system generates a provisional registration number and password. You can re-open the saved data with these and edit your particulars. This facility is available three times only. After you submit the completed form, no change is allowed.
If an uploaded photo, signature, thumb impression or declaration looks unclear in the preview, you may edit the application and re-upload it before submitting.
What if I made a mistake

Can I submit a fresh application?
Technically you can register again, but the notification is clear that in case of multiple applications only the last valid (completed) application is retained and the fee for the others is forfeited. Appearing in the exam more than once leads to rejection. If you choose this route, make sure the new application is complete and paid within the registration window.
